This first floor addition in Freedom Park presented many unique challenges. This included adding onto a house built in the 60’s, replacing a “below-grade” screen porch built in the 90’s, and tying each space together for one continuous flow with seamless transitions. This project now features built-in cabinetry, a vaulted beadboard ceiling, full wet bar, and a custom loft with a secret passage for the children. Check out the pictures below!
