Project Overview

In the dead of winter, there’s nothing better to look forward to than summertime outdoor spaces! Take a look at our project in Marvin, NC that completely changed how a family now enjoys the warm North Carolina weather. What was once a boring, basic concrete slab and wasted yard transformed into the beautiful new oasis you see now!

A luxury heated and cooled 3 Season Room, includes a decorative stamped concrete patio, full visibility sliding patio doors, and 180-degree swivel TV that can be viewed from the sunroom or while lounging in the pool. We lined the interior walls and ceiling with tongue and groove knotty pine, with dropped beams and cedar gable accents inside and out, creating a rustic farm feel on an authentic country horse farm. Now, this family of four can enjoy vacation amenities at home and live country life to the fullest!
