Meadow Bottom
Project Overview
The gloomy, outdated kitchen lacked adequate storage, style, and island seating for entertaining. By removing the corner pantry and squaring up the corner, we were able to take advantage of the newly enlarged space between kitchen/eating area to now house a huge island with ample storage and wraparound seating, so guests could face one another while their hosts entertained. The kitchen now features shaker style, custom cabinetry with quartzite tops and a high splash, stainless steel appliances, and antique gold hardware accents, for a light and airy, coastal casual feel.
