Project Overview

Another DR project that involved major wall(s) removal was in South Charlotte, where the client was looking to bring multiple rooms together, while allowing an abundance of natural light to shine through the space. Even though we were able to remove most interior walls within the space, you can’t always remove EVERY wall. With a little creative ingenuity of the design team, we were able to transform the last remaining wall section into a design feature that flowed with the aesthetics of the rest of the home. This small but important solution saved a significant amount of engineering and costs, while becoming a conversation piece for years to come!
