DiFabion Remodeling is proud to show off this Regional Winner at this year’s NARI National Contractor of the Year Awards. For years, the homeowner had considered finishing their third floor attic but were unable to figure out how to work around a raised platform area located near the center of the space. In a perfect world, they were looking to create a custom bar and entertainment area, while accommodating friends and family with a true “guest suite” and private bathroom. This proved to be a daunting task, specifically space planning with so many obstacles and structural limitations. Through creative, collaborative design, thoughtful resourcefulness, and a pleasing palate of colors and tones, we were able to create a stunning new space, versatile enough for almost any function.
